环氧树脂/辐射改性三聚磷酸二氢铝复合体系的非等温固化动力学研究

摘要 用γ射线对三聚磷酸二氢铝(ADT)进行辐照,然后与环氧树脂固化体系(EP)进行复合。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)技术,分别以5℃/min、10℃/min和20℃/min三种升温速率,研究了EP/ADT复合体系的固化反应,其中动力学参数由Málek描述的非等温DSC曲线确定。结果表明,与未辐照ADT相比,辐照ADT会降低EP/ADT复合物的固化起始温度而提高固化终止温度,但峰值温度变化很小。其中,EP/ADT-100 kGy的表观活化能和指前因子最高。进一步采用双参数自催化模型(esták-Berggren方程)描述固化过程,实验曲线与理论计算曲线吻合较好。 Curing kinetics of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A and 4,4-methylene dianiline in the presence of neopentyl glycol filled with gamma-ray-irradiated pigment containing aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate were monitored by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)technique at 5,10 and 20℃/min.The results showed that gamma irradiation of the pigment had effect on the curing process.The irradiated pigment reduced the initial curing temperature and increased the finishing temperature,while the peak temperature relatively remained constant.The kinetic parameters were determined from non-isothermal DSC curves by the method described by Málek.The apparent activation energy and the pre-exponential factor for the system filled with 100 kGy irradiated pigment were higher than that for other systems filled with 0,50 and 150 kGy irradiated pigments.A two-parameter autocatalytic model(esták-Berggren equation)was introduced to describe the curing process,and the experimental curves showed a good agreement with that theoretically calculated.
