摘要
通过钢包水力学物理模型结合生产实际对现有钢包透气砖安装位置进行了研究,发现最优的透气砖安装位置为下透气砖距中心0.63 R,上透气砖距中心0.55 R,两透气砖夹角154°。在优化钢包透气砖安装位置的基础上,改进保温层、永久层材质和钢包壁砌筑方法,实际应用效果表明,优化后的钢包能有效降低钢水的温度损失,提高钢包包龄,增加合金收得率和LF炉电弧热效率。
Based on the hydraulics physical model of ladle and the production practice,the installation position of the existing ladle permeable bricks was studied,and it was found that the optimal installation position of the permeable bricks was 0.63R from the center of the lower permeable bricks,0.55R from the center of the upper permeable bricks,and the angle between the two permeable bricks was 154°.On the basis of optimizing the installation position of ladle permeable bricks,the insulation layer,permanent layer material and ladle wall masonry method were improved.The practical application results show that the optimized ladle can effectively reduce the temperature loss of molten steel,the ladle life is improved,the alloy yield and LF furnace arc thermal efficiency are increased.
