梧州至广州铁路分流替代及建设方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 梧广铁路是川渝云贵大部分地区及桂中地区与粤港澳大湾区货运交流的主通道,也是川渝云贵大部分地区及桂中地区与粤港澳大湾区客运交流的区域性便捷普速客运通道,功能定位、分流替代方案、建设方案与主要技术标准相互耦合,需进行统筹研究。结合路网规划,在研究年度路网分工和运量预测的基础上,分析得出利用南广铁路、“梧州—岑溪—罗定—春湾—永基—广州”铁路通道分流不可行;进而结合运量特点以及是否利用南广铁路,从工程投资、运输组织、运输质量及能力适应性等方面综合比选一次新建双线客货共线铁路和近单远双客货共线铁路两大建设方案;最终推荐近远期工程投资省、运输组织灵活、运输质量高、能力适应性优的一次新建双线客货共线铁路方案。研究思路和方法可为类似项目提供参考和借鉴。 Wuzhou-Guangzhou Railway is the main channel for freight exchanges among most areas of Sichuan,Chongqing,Yunnan and Guizhou,central Guangxi,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as well as the regional convenient conventional transport channel for passenger exchanges among these regions.The functional positioning,alternative diversion plan,construction plan,and main technical standards of the Wuzhou-Guangzhou Railway are coupled,and need to be determined after overall planning.Based on the regional railway network planning,the annual railway network division,and traffic volume forecast,it was analyzed that it was not feasible to conduct diversion by the Nanning-Guangzhou Railway,Wuzhou-Cenxi-Luoding-Chunwan-Yongji-Guangzhou railway channel.According to the characteristics of the traffic volume and whether to use the Nanning-Guangzhou Railway,the two construction schemes of a new double-track passenger-cargo conventional railway and a near-single-far double-passengercargo conventional railway were selected from the aspects of project investment,transportation organization,transportation quality,and capacity adaptability.Finally,it was recommended to build a new double-track passenger-cargo conventional railway scheme with low near-and long-term project investment,flexible transportation organization,high transportation quality,and excellent adaptability.The conclusion of the research strongly supports the construction standard of the Wuzhou-Guangzhou Railway,and the research ideas and methods can provide a reference for similar projects.
