摘要
现有沥青路面传统养护技术在自动化和标准化方面存在不足,容易引发施工人员安全、气候环境制约、施工质量欠佳等问题,推荐将具有自动化、精确化、灵活化等优势的3D打印技术引入沥青路面养护工程中,通过对3D打印技术的原理、材料与应用现状进行总结分析,对3D打印沥青材料的性能和制备、沥青3D打印技术的应用优势进行研究阐述,在材料选择和技术应用方面为沥青3D打印技术的进一步发展提出了建议和展望,以期为3D打印技术在沥青路面养护领域的科学研究和工程实践提供参考。
The existing traditional maintenance methods for asphalt pavement is deficient in automation and standardization,causing problems such as the safety of workers,limitation of climatic-environment and poor construction quality.It is recommended to introduce 3D printing technology with the advantages of automation,precision and flexibility into asphalt pavement maintenance engineering.In this paper,the principle,materials and application of 3D printing technology were analyzed,and the performance and preparation of 3D printing asphalt and the application advantages of the technology were studied and expounded.Some suggestions and prospects were proposed for the further development about material selection and technology utilization to provide references for scientific research and engineering application of 3D printing technology in asphalt pavement maintenance.
