摘要
为确定深部破碎矿岩条件下采场合理结构参数,通过理论分析、现场测试以及数值模拟研究相结合的方法,对深部矿体采用分段空场嗣后充填法的采场结构参数进行分析与模拟。首先,通过对井下不同岩体进行取样实验与工程地质调查,获得不同岩体的岩石力学参数与节理裂隙参数,采用RMR法与BQ法进行岩体分级,开展岩体质量评价,评估矿岩稳定性。其次,采用Mathews图法,确定了铜绿山铜铁矿现有赋存条件下的采场结构参数合理范围。最后,利用Flac3D三维数值模拟软件,对开采过程进行仿真模拟,结合采矿过程中的应力、应变等的变化,分析采场的稳定性,验证采场结构参数的合理性。
In order to determine the reasonable structural parameters of the stope under the condition of deep broken rock,the stope structural parameters of deep orebody with sublevel open stope with subsequent filling method are analyzed and simulated by combining theoretical analysis,field test and numerical simulation.Firstly,the rock mechanics parameters and joint fracture parameters of different rock masses were obtained through sampling experiments and engineering geological survey of different underground rock masses.RMR method and BQ method were used for rock mass classification,rock mass quality evaluation and rock stability evaluation.Secondly,the reasonable range of stope structural parameters under existing occurrence conditions of Tonglushan copper iron mine is determined by using Mathews diagram method.Finally,Flac3D numerical simulation software is used to simulate the mining process.Combined with the changes of stress and strain in the mining process,the stability of stope is analyzed and the rationality of stope structural parameters is verified,which can provide reference for similar mines.
