摘要
花生是我国重要的油料作物和经济作物,在农业生产上占有重要地位。我国水资源日益短缺,加强对花生抗旱资源的挖掘、评价和利用,结合常规育种和现代分子生物学技术培育抗旱品种,对提高花生产量及品质具有重要意义。本文概括了干旱对花生的危害、抗旱种质资源鉴定技术、抗旱基因挖掘及抗旱品种培育等国内外研究进展,旨在为今后更好地开展花生抗旱研究提供理论参考。
Peanut is an important oil and cash crop in China,and situated at an important position in agricultural production.With the increasing shortage of water resources in China,it is of great significance to strengthen the mining,evaluation and utilization of drought-resistant peanut resources and cultivate drought-resistant varieties in combination with conventional breeding and modern molecular biotechnology to improve the yield and quality of peanut.The research advancement of drought damage to peanut,identification technology of drought resistant germplasm resources,mining of drought resistant genes and breeding of drought resistant varieties are summarized in this paper,and so as to provide theoretical reference for better drought resistance research of peanut in the future.
