地黄甙A对运动性心肌损伤大鼠的心功能和心肌损伤的改善作用 被引量:1

摘要 本研究旨在探究地黄甙A在改善运动性心肌损伤大鼠心功能和心肌损伤方面的作用。采用运动性心肌损伤大鼠模型,将大鼠分为不同处理组,并进行地黄甙A的给药。通过测定心功能参数、血清心肌损伤指标、心肌细胞凋亡和心肌组织氧化应激指标的变化,评估了地黄甙A的保护作用及其可能的机制。研究结果显示,地黄甙A可剂量依赖性地改善运动性心肌损伤大鼠的心功能,降低血清心肌损伤指标的水平。此外,地黄甙A还抑制了心肌细胞凋亡和减轻心肌组织的氧化应激。综上所述,地黄甙A具有改善运动性心肌损伤大鼠心功能和减轻心肌损伤的潜力,可能通过调节心肌细胞凋亡和氧化应激途径发挥其保护作用。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of rehmannioside A,an active component of Rehmannia glutinosa,on cardiac function and myocardial injury in exercise-induced myocardial infarction rats.The rats were divided into different treatment groups and received rehmannioside A administration.Changes in cardiac function parameters,serum myocardial injury markers,myocardial cell apoptosis,and myocardial tissue oxidative stress markers were measured to evaluate the protective effects of rehmannioside A and its possible mechanisms.The re-sults showed that rehmannioside A dose-dependently improved cardiac function in exercise-induced myocardial infarction rats and reduced the levels of serum myocardial injury markers.Additionally,rehmannioside A inhibited myocardial cell apoptosis and alleviated oxidative stress in myocardial tissue.In conclusion,rehmannioside A has the potential to improve cardiac function and reduce myocardial injury in exercise-induced myocardial infarction rats,possibly by modulating myocardial cell apoptosis and oxidative stress pathways.
