摘要
针对异种钢2205双相不锈钢与液压油缸常用材质30CrMnSi,从试验材料、异种钢焊接性、焊接工艺等方面进行探讨,分析焊接接头性能,确定合适的多层多道焊及单层单道焊焊接工艺,为2205双相不锈钢在液压支架上的应用提供了经验。
Aiming at dissimilar steel of 2205 duplex stainless steel and 30CrMnSi commonly used in hydraulic cylinders,discussed from the aspects of test materials,dissimilar steel weldability,welding process,etc.,analyzed the performance of welded joints,and determined the appropriate welding process of multi-layer multi-pass welding and single-layer single-pass welding,which provides experience for the application of 2205 duplex stainless steel on hydraulic support.
