西黑山光伏电站作为南水北调中线首个试点项目,是倡导和践行新发展理念的先行。截至目前,已并网发电近5年,为南水北调系统积累了运行管理和维修养护工作经验。通过历年实际与设计发电量对比,结合电价及补贴,节能、减排、降本效果超出预期,已成为中线工程沿线一道亮丽的风景线和降碳节能的优质品牌,为全线推广提供了参考和借鉴。

As the first pilot project in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,Xiheishan Photovoltaic Power Station is a pioneer in advocating and practicing the new development concepts.Up to now,it has been operated for nearly 5 years.It has accumulated valuable experience in operation management and maintenance work for the South-to-North Water Diversion System.Considering the electricity price and subsidies,comparison of the actual and the designed power generation over the years shows that the project has made significant achievements in energy conservation,emission reduction and cost saving.It has become a beautiful scenery and a high quality brand for carbon reduction and energy conservation along the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.It provides useful reference for the promotion of similar work in the middle route project.
