摘要
研究区金矿石类型为石英脉型银金矿石,前期采用氰化堆浸炭吸附提金工艺进行选矿,金矿浸出率在70%,但该选矿方法不符合环保要求。采用单一浮选工艺开展了实验室流程试验,选用水玻璃(用量1 000 g/t)与硫酸铜(用量100 g/t)作为调整剂、丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药(配比2∶1)作为捕收剂,磨矿细度小于75μm达到85%时,可获得品位146.77 g/t、回收率86.38%的金精粉。下一步可采用该工艺开展工业试验,为选矿厂建设提供依据。
The type of gold ore in the research area is quartz vein type silver gold ore.In the early stage,the cyanide heap leaching carbon adsorption gold extraction process was used for beneficiation,and the gold leaching rate was 70%.However,this beneficiation method does not meet environmental protection requirements.Laboratory process experiments were conducted using a single flotation process,using sodium silicate(at a dosage of 1 000 g/t) and copper sulfate(at a dosage of 100 g/t) as adjusters,butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium black powder(at a ratio of 2∶1) as collectors.When the grinding fineness of less than 75 μm reaches 85%,a gold concentrate powder with a grade of 146.77 g/t and a recovery rate of 86.38% can be obtained.The next step is to conduct industrial experiments using this process,providing a basis for the construction of mineral processing plants.
