板式定制家具企业智能仓储硬件系统需求分析 被引量:6

摘要 为建立板式定制家具企业智能仓储系统的设计方法和流程,以日产3000单工厂为例,通过调研分析直营单和经销单的比例,测算托盘和库位的规格及数量等仓储能力需求;根据出入库频率和工作时长,测算移栽机、提升机和堆垛机等传送系统能力需求;根据出库量及需时,测算发货暂存区及装车通道等装载系统能力需求。结果表明:本研究建立的方法和流程适用于板式定制家具企业智能仓储系统硬件、系统需求分析及设计,可为企业科学设计智能仓储硬件系统提供参考和借鉴。 In order to establish the design method and process of intelligent storage system for panel custom furniture enterprises,taking a factory with a daily output of 3000 units as an example,through investigation and analysis of the proportion of direct sales orders and distribution orders,the storage capacity requirements such as the specifications and quantity of pallets and storage places were calculated.The capacity requirements of transfer systems such as transplanters,lifts and stackers were calculated according to the frequency of storage and working hours.According to the quantity and time required,the capacity requirements of loading system such as delivery staging area and loading channel were calculated.The results showed that the method and process established in this study are suitable for hardware,system requirement analysis and design of intelligent storage system of panel custom furniture enterprises,and can provide references for enterprises to scientifically design intelligent storage hardware system.
