Eight Notes of Supplementary Interpretation of the Characters in the Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of Yuelu Academy(Vol.4)

通過核對《嶽麓書院藏秦簡(肆)》的圖版和釋文,結合新出秦系簡牘及已有諸家之説,對《嶽麓書院藏秦簡(肆)》的字詞進行補釋和考校,進一步復原律令文本。字詞校補内容涉及八組簡:内史雜律(169-170);置吏律(1406+1303);獄校律(232-236);具律(228-229);䌛律(248-252);䌛律(253-256);秦令(303-304);秦令(318)。

By checking pictures and interpretations of relevant bamboo slips in the Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of Yuelu Academy(Vol.4),combining with the newly unearthed Qin bamboo slips and previous studies,this paper supplement and examine the interpretations of some characters and words in the Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of Yuelu Academy(Vol.4),to further reconstruct the texts of statutes and ordinances.The contents of additions and corrections involve eight groups of slips:Miscellaneous Statutes Concerning the Ministry of Finance(169-170),Statutes on the Establishment of Officials(1406+1303),Statutes on the Composition of Judgments(228-229),Statute on the Checking of Convicts(232-236),Statutes on Government Service(248-252),Statutes on Government Service(253-256),Qin ordinances(303-304),and Qin ordinances(318).
