综合护理干预在脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Mental Disorders Caused by the Cerebrovas⁃cular Disease

目的:探讨脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者行综合护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年6月江苏省常州市金坛区第二人民医院收治的脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用传统护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预4周后,观察组社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生、易激惹、精神病表现、迟缓、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)和简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2、4周后,观察组MoCA和MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理干预措施可提高脑血管疾病所致精神障碍患者的护理效果,改善患者的社会功能与认知功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:104 patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular diseases admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jintan District Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the randomized numerical table method,each with 52 cases.The control group used conventional nursing measures,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing care of the two groups were compared.Results:After four weeks of intervention the scaled scores of the following factors such as social ability,social interest,personal hygiene,irritability,psychiatric manifestation,mental retardation and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before the intervention the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Simple Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after two-week and four-week intervention,the MoCA and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the nursing effect of patients with mental disorders due to cerebrovascular diseases,and improve the social and cognitive functions of patients.
