民生视角下农村失智、失能老人公共照护服务研究——以沂蒙地区为例

Research on Public Care Services for the Elderly with Dementia and Disability in Rural Areas from the Perspective of People s Livelihood-Taking Yimeng Area as an Example

随着老龄化程度不断加深,我国失智、失能老人数量呈持续增加的趋势,老人公共照护的需求不断增加。农村作为老年人口的主要分布区,失智、失能老人数量增长更快。通过实地走访沂蒙农村地区,发现该地区农村失智、失能老人公共照护服务的政策补贴已经做得很好,但农村失智、失能老人公共照护的机构设置仍存在供给不足、专业性不高、持效性差等问题。因此,该地区仍需采取相关措施实现公共照护服务的优化和升级,以便全面提高农村公共照护服务水平。

With the deepening of aging,the number of elderly people with dementia and disability in China has continued to increase,and the demand for public care for the elderly is increasing.As the main distribution area of the elderly population in rural areas,the number of elderly people with dementia and disability is growing faster.Through field visits to rural areas of Yimeng,it is found that the policy subsidies for public care services for the elderly with dementia and disability in rural areas have done a good job,but there are still problems such as insufficient supply,low professionalism and poor effectiveness in the institutional setup of public care for the elderly with dementia and disability.Therefore,relevant measures should be taken in this region to optimize and upgrade public care services,so as to comprehensively improve the level of rural public care services.
