摘要
平面微电极阵列技术实验教学课程注重培养学生动手技能的同时,开拓思维,将理论知识转化为科研能力。学生通过对大型仪器基本操作的学习与实践,从而掌握实验技术,为从事相关科研工作打下坚实的基础。文章介绍了课程内容,分享教学经验并针对实验中的问题提出解决方案,探讨性地提出改进设想,为进一步开展电生理实验提供了有益的借鉴。
The experimental teaching course of planar microeleetrode array technology focuses on cultivating hands-on skills in students,and also aims to hep the students to transform theoretical knowledge into scientife rescarch abilities.The students leam to.operate large--scale instruments and master eperimental techniques,laying a solid foundation for future scientife research work.This paper introduces the course content,shares teaching experience,and proposes solutions to problems identfed in the experiments,pro-widing reference for future teaching reforms in the course of electrophysiological experiments.
