医学生批判性思维技能及与成绩的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过抽样调查医学生(包括临床医学专业本科生和护理学专业本科生)批判性思维技能水平的现状,探索其与医学专业课程药理学期末笔试成绩的相关性。结果表明:五年制临床医学专业本科生和护理学专业本科生批判性思维技能的平均水平都较低,其中,约54.17%的学生批判性思维技能水平处于弱及弱以下;个体相关性研究显示,医学生批判性思维技能水平与其医学专业课程药理学期末笔试成绩呈正相关。由此可见,目前临床医学专业和护理学专业本科生的批判性思维技能水平亟须大力提高。研究结果也提示,医学生批判性思维技能水平的提高,对其医学专业课程的学习具有非常重要的积极意义。因此,医学院校应从多角度、多层次、多途径加强对医学生批判性思维技能的培养,以适应现代医学对医学人才的需求。 A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the level of cnitical thinking skills in the medical undergnaduate students of clinical medicine and mursing,and the correlation was explored between their level of crtical thinking skills and the test scores in the final examination of pharmacology.The results showed that the avenage levels of critical thinking skills are low,and the levels of critical thinking skills in 54.17%of the students were in the weak stage or even lower.Individual correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between the level of critical thinking skills of the students and their scores in the final examination of pharmacolo-gy,indicating a need of inproving the level of crical thinking skills in the medical undergraduates.The develpment of critical think-ing skills plays an important role in the teaching of professional courses and various measures should be taken to culivate critical think-ing skills in medical students s0 as to meet the needs of modem medicine.
