摘要
人才强国建设背景下,研究生教育具有重要的战略地位,推进研究生教育高质量发展成为时代必然。影响研究生教育质量与培养成效的核心在于导学关系。导学关系是研究生教育中最重要的教学关系,导师的确定是导学关系缔结的开端。通过对A省B大学全日制硕士研究生问卷调查,发现导师的确定方式主要有录取前选择、入读后再选择和院系分配三种,其中录取前选择导师的硕士生形成师徒式的导学关系的比例最高,而入读后再选择导师的硕士生更可能形成合作式的导学关系。并且相较于院系分配的硕士生,录取前选择导师和入读后选择导师的硕士生对其导学关系、导师指导有较高的满意度,也对导师帮助有较高的满意度。
Under the background of building a strong country with talents,postgraduate education has an important strategic position,and promoting the high-quality development of graduate education has become an inevitable trend of the times.The core factor affecting the quality and effectiveness of postgraduate education is supervisor-student relationship.Supervisor-student relationship is the most important pedagogical relationship in postgraduate education,and the selection of supervisor is the starting point of supervisor-student relationship,which is of great research value and practical significance.Based on the questionnaire survey of full-time postgraduate students in University B of Province A,this paper first discusses the connotation of supervisor-student relationship and its influencing factors,then it analyzes the influence of supervisor determination method on the type of supervisor-student relationship,satisfaction and supervisor change.It is found that selecting supervisor before admission is more conducive to the formation of supervisor-student relationship.On this basis,from the perspective of the way of selecting supervisor,we put forward suggestions for improving the relationship between supervisor and student,so as to promote a harmonious supervisor-student relationship.
