政府信任、社会信任对居民人居环境满意度的影响

The Influence of Government Trust and Social Trust on the Satisfaction of Residents' Living Environment

人居环境满意度可以有效反映民众的获得感、认同感与幸福感。社会信任与政府信任通过期望一致理论对人居环境满意度产生影响。依据CSS2019年调查数据的2938个样本,使用最优尺度回归模型探讨政府信任与社会信任对居民人居环境满意度的影响,结果显示:民众的人居环境满意度整体上较高,但在社会信任方面的态度有所徘徊,社会信任水平不是很高;相对于政府信任而言,社会信任对人居环境满意度的重要性更大,这是由于两者在生成时间、建立成本、运作机制方面存在不同;中央政府、区县政府、乡镇政府的信任水平逐渐下降,呈倒金字塔结构,但其对人居环境满意度的重要性呈金字塔结构。改造“距离悖论”的分析框架可以发现,民众对基层政府提供的环境类公共产品较为敏感。

Satisfaction of living environment can effectively reflect people's sense of acquisition,identification and happiness.Social trust and government trust have an impact on the satisfaction of human settlements environment through the consistency theory of expectations.Based on 2938 samples of CSS2019 survey data,the optimal scale regression model was used to explore the influence of government trust and social trust on the satisfaction of human settlements environment.The research results show that the people's overall satisfaction with the living environment is relatively high,but their attitude towards social trust is relatively lingering,and the level of social trust is not very high.Compared with government trust,social trust is more important to the satisfaction of living environment because both of them are different in terms of generation time,establishment cost and operation mechanism.The trust level of the central government,district,county and township governments is gradually declining,showing an inverted pyramid structure,but its importance to the satisfaction of human settlement environment is pyramid structure.Transforming the analytical framework of the“distance paradox”,we can find that the public is more sensitive to the environmental public goods provided by the grass-roots government.
