摘要
【目的】从SCI视角反映河北省基础研究现状,为河北省加强基础研究和原始创新、加速高质量发展提供重要参考。【方法】通过对2022年度SCI收录河北省论文情况进行统计,按照论文总量、文献类型、学科分布、分区情况、论文作者、发文机构和影响因子做了较为详细的分析研究。【结果】2022年度河北省SCI论文共12408篇,较2021年增幅达30.08%;论文主要分布在除教育学、法学、人文科学领域外的15个学科领域,平均每个学科674.5篇,医学、工程技术、材料科学、化学、计算机科学和生物学共6个学科高于平均数;属于1区的论文共1660篇,涉及12个学科,占比13.67%,较上年增加727篇,同比增长77.92%,1分区论文中,有两篇论文其影响因子分别高达71.421和69.504;1区论文高产作者发文量达52篇。【结论】为提高发文质量,提升河北省原始创新能力,应从加强科研支持力度、重点培育优势学科、搭建基础研究创新平台三方面入手。
[Purposes]This paper is committed to reflecting the current status of basic research in Hebei Province from the perspective of SCI,providing important references for strengthening basic research and original innovation,and accelerating high-quality development in Hebei Province.[Methods]Based on the statistics of the papers of Hebei Province included in SCI in 2022,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research according to the total number of papers,literature types,subject distribution,division,authors,publishing institutions and impact factors.[Findings]In 2022,there were 12408 SCI papers in Hebei Province,an increase of 30.08%compared to 2021;The papers are mainly distributed in 15 disciplines except for education,law,and humanities,with an average of 674.5 papers per discipline.A total of 6 disciplines including medicine,engineering technology,materials science,chemistry,computer science,and biology are above the average;There are a total of 1660 papers belonging to Zone 1,involving 12 disciplines,accounting for 13.67%,an increase of 727 papers compared to the previous year,a yearon-year increase of 77.92%.Among the papers in Zone 1,there are two papers with impact factors as high as 71.421 and 69.504,respectively;The number of papers published by high-yield authors in Zone 1 reached 52.[Conclusions]In order to improve the quality of publication and enhance the original innovation capacity of our province,we should start from three aspects:increasing scientific research support,focusing on cultivating advantageous disciplines,and building basic research innovation platforms.
