摘要
在分层开采井的生产管柱下入之前,需要对油水井进行冲洗、封隔器验封作业,常规工艺是采用2趟管柱,作业效率低。为了提高海上油田修井作业时效,降低作业成本,研发了冲洗验封一体化管柱,实现冲砂、分层封隔器验功能,提高了作业时效,单井节约修井时间36 h。设计的滑套式开关冲洗工具结构简单,实现了中心管的零泄露,保障验封评价效果,其内通径冲洗流量达到2000 m^(3)/d,有效保障洗井效果。现场试验表明,冲洗验封一体化管柱及关键工具的性能可靠,可以应用于分层采油井、注水井的完井和修井作业中。
Before the production string of the layered mining well is lowered,it is necessary to flush wells and inspect the sealing of the packers.The conventional process is to use two runs of string,which is inefficient.In order to improve the efficiency of offshore oil field workover operations and reduce operating costs,an integrated flushing and sealing inspection string was developed to achieve sand flushing and layered packer inspection functions,the operation efficiency was improved,and 36 hours of work overtime for a single well was saved.The sliding sleeve switch flushing tool has a simple structure and achieves zero leakage of the central pipe,ensuring the effectiveness of sealing inspection and evaluation.The internal flow rate of 2000 m^(3)/d ensures effective well washing.Field tests have shown that the integrated flush and seal column and key tools are reliable and can be used in the completion and workover of stratified oil recovery and water injection wells.
