摘要
低温冷风微量润滑技术是结合微量润滑技术与低温冷风技术的先进清洁切削技术,通过对30CrMnSi结构钢材料低温冷风微量润滑的冷却工艺参数与转速、进给速度及背吃刀量等切削工艺参数的适配性研究,在充分发挥低温冷风微量润滑技术的绿色环保优势前提下,确保生产效率与质量,实现绿色制造,并显著提高局部区域表面质量。
Low temperature cold air micro lubrication technology is an advanced clean cutting technology that combines micro lubrication technology with low temperature cold air technology.By studying the compatibility between the cooling process parameters of low temperature cold air micro lubrication and cutting process parameters,such as revolution speed,feed and cutting depth,the green and environmental advantages of low temperature cold air micro lubrication technology are fully utilized to ensure the production efficiency and quality.This article focuses on the parameter adaptability research of low-temperature cold air micro lubrication technology on 30CrMnSi structural steel material,achieving green manufacturing while ensuring production efficiency and significantly improving surface quality in local areas.
