“六经八纲方证辨证”在偏头痛诊疗中应用的探讨

Discussion on the application of“six channels and eight prescriptions syndrome differentiation”in the diagnosis and treatment of migraine

本文探讨胡希恕六经八纲方证辨证体系论治偏头痛。四诊采集正邪相争所反映出的证候群。以表里、阴阳、寒热、虚实辨证分析;先定性,再定位,继辨三毒(水毒、瘀毒、食毒),最后寻求方证适应证,给予适方。笔者基于该理论,总结偏头痛的六经八纲方证辨治要点,以期扩展相关临床思维和运用。

This article discusses the syndrome differentiation system of Hu Xishu’s six channels and eight principles in the treatment of migraine.The four diagnoses collected the syndrome groups reflected by the conflict between good and evil.Analyze the syndrome differentiation of exterior and interior,Yin and Yang,cold and heat,deficiency and deficiency;First qualitative,then positioning,following the identification of three poisons(water poison,stasis poison,food poison),and finally seeking prescription indications,give the appropriate prescription.Based on this theory,the author summarized the key points of syndrome identification and treatment of migraine with six channels and eight principles,i n order to expand the clinical thinking and application.
