在多平台上应用的某产品可靠性增长摸底试验设计

摘要 同一产品用在不同的两个平台上能否同时满足这两个平台的使用要求,将两个平台结合起来进行可靠性增长试验设计可以回答这个问题,并且有利于节约经费,减少时间成本。该电子产品在平台A和平台B任务不同,可靠度非常接近。在剖面设计过程中,关于两个平台的温度、湿度、电应力的设计在相同的,振动应力将两个平台结合起来设计,振动应力取结合任务时间内在两个平台上的振动极大值包络。当增长模型未知,总试验时间采用指数分布的定时截尾方案。采用QJ3217-2000中没有增长模型的可靠性增长试验方法对试验结果的可靠性下限进行评估。最后对于多平台应用的产品,将多个平台结合起来进行可靠性增长摸底试验是可行的,符合我国的国情,易于被设计师接受。 Can the same product be used on two different platforms to meet the usage requirements of both platforms simultaneously?Combining the two platforms for Design of Reliability Growth Test can answer this question.And it is beneficial for saving funds and reducing time costs.The electronic product has different tasks on platform A and platform B,and its reliability is very close.In the process of profile design,the design of temperature,humidity,and electrical stress for both platforms is the same,The vibration stress is designed by combining the two platforms,and the vibration stress is taken as the envelope of the maximum vibration values on the two platforms during the combined task time.When the growth model is unknown,the total test time adopts the timing truncation scheme of Exponential distribution.The reliability growth test method without growth model in QJ 3217-2000 was used to evaluate the reliability lower limit of the test results.Finally,for products with multiple platform applications,it is feasible to combine multiple platforms for reliability growth test,which is in line with China's national conditions and easy to be accepted by designers.
