摘要
环带桁架是一种超高层建筑结构构件,与加强的上下弦楼板形成“虚拟伸臂”,增加结构的抗侧刚度,减小结构的变形。本文针对超高层环带桁架施工这一难题,依据现场塔吊吊装工况,运用Tekla软件重新对构件进行分块,并对不同构件节点,设计耳板和卡板等固定措施。同时,设计了一种支撑胎架用于桁架安装的临时支撑,采用Midas Gen有限元软件对胎架拆除后桁架竖向变形进行分析。采用间隔焊接的方法来避免桁架应力集中。结果表明,用塔吊吊装、设置临时胎架支撑、高空散拼的施工思路能有效地解决超高层带状桁架施工难题。该施工技术为超高层环带桁架施工提供参考。
The belt truss is a component of the super high-rise building structure.It forms a“virtual arm”with the reinforced upper and lower chord floor to increase the lateral stiffness of the structure and reduce its deformation.This article focuses on the construction of the belt truss of super high-rise buildings.Based on the on-site tower crane lifting conditions,Tekla software is used to re-segment the components,and fixed measures such as ear plates and card plates are designed for different component nodes.At the same time,a support frame for temporary support during truss installation is designed,and Midas Gen finite element software is used to analyze the vertical deformation of the truss after the support frame is removed.The method of intermittent welding is used to avoid stress concentration of the truss.The results show that the construction ideas of tower crane lifting,setting up temporary support frames,and high-altitude scattered splicing can effectively solve the construction difficulties of super high-rise belt trusses.This construction technology provides a reference for the construction of super high-rise belt trusses.
