红外线照射理疗在慢性盆腔炎患者中的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of infrared radiation therapy in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察红外线照射理疗在慢性盆腔炎患者中的疗效。方法抽取2018年2月—2020年2月峡江县中医院收治的215例慢性盆腔炎患者,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(108例)、观察组(107例),对照组应用常规抗生素静脉滴注方式进行治疗,观察组以对照组为基础联合红外线照射理疗法治疗。对比2组临床应用效果及对炎症因子的影响。结果和对照组相比,治疗后观察组治疗总有效率较高(98.13%)(P<0.05),症状缓解时间较短(P<0.05),血清炎症因子水平较低(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较低3.74%(P<0.05)。结论红外线照射理疗在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果显著,有利于改善机体炎症因子水平,可降低不良反应发生率,加快患者症状恢复进程,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of infrared radiation therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 215 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from February 2018 to February 2020,and were included into the control group(108 cases)and observation group(107 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional intravenous infusion of antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with infrared radiation therapy based on the control group.The clinical effect and the effect on inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of 98.13%(P<0.05),shorter symptom relief time(P<0.05),and better serum inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of infrared radiation physiotherapy in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is significant,which is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory factors in the body,reduce the adverse reaction rate,and speed up the recovery process of patients'symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
