摘要
绩效考核管理是商业银行内部综合管理体系中的重要一环,如何优化绩效考核方案是各商业银行实践中积极探索的重中之重。文章分析了X商业银行零售客户经理绩效考核的现状,指出绩效考核中存在的考核指标单一、核算方式复杂、反馈机制缺失等问题,提出通过引入平衡积分卡思想,借用关键绩效指标法筛选考核指标的方式来优化零售客户经理绩效考核方案,为商业银行绩效体系改进提供了优化方向。
Performance appraisal plays an important role in overall integrated management of commercial banks.How to improve the performance appraisal program in practice is of primary importance.This paper analyses the current situation of retail customer managers'performance appraisal in X Commercial Bank,points out existing problems in the performance appraisal such as single indicators,complicated calculating,and lacking feedback mechanism.It emphasizes to use BSC method,along with Key Performance Indicator(KPI)method to select indicators,improving performance appraisal program of retail customer managers.It also provides a new direction to improve performance appraisal for commercial banks.
