水稻根表铁膜形成及其对镉吸收的影响机理研究进展

摘要 镉作为不可降解的有毒重金属污染物,在土壤中具有较强的迁移性和生物有效性,可通过水稻根部吸收转运至地上部分,从而在稻米中积累,并通过食物链对人类健康产生潜在风险。根表铁膜是水稻为了适应淹水和其他环境胁迫而形成,各种非生物和生物因素都会对其形成产生影响,有关根表铁膜与水稻Cd吸收的关系也有很多报道。本文综述了水稻根表铁膜的形成、影响因素及其对水稻Cd吸收积累的影响机理,并对根表铁膜调控水稻Cd吸收、转运与积累的应用前景进行了展望。 Cadmium,as an non degradable toxic heavy metal pollutant,has strong mobility and bioavailability in soil.It can be absorbed and transported to the aboveground parts through rice roots,thus accumulating in rice and posing potential risks to human health through the food chain.Iron plaque is formed by rice to adapt to flooding and other environmental stresses,and various abiotic and biological factors can affect its formation.There are also many reports on the relationship between iron plaque and Cd absorption in rice.This article reviewed the formation and influencing factors of iron plaque on rice root surface,as well as the mechanism of its influence on Cd absorption and accumulation in rice.It also looked forward to the application prospects of iron plaque on regulating Cd absorption,transportation,and accumulation in rice.
