多层螺旋CT主动脉成像在主动脉夹层中的诊断价值分析

Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT Aortic Imaging in Aortic Dissection

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT (MSCT)主动脉成像在主动脉夹层(AD)中的诊断价值。方法 80例AD患者均接受MSCT主动脉成像、数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,以DSA检查结果为金标准,分析MSCT主动脉成像诊断AD的价值。结果 MSCT主动脉成像检出AD分型、 AD破口率、破口平面主动脉直径与DSA检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MSCT主动脉成像示夹层血栓57例(71.25%),动脉壁钙化9例(11.25%);DSA检查未检出血栓与钙化。结论 MSCT主动脉成像在准确诊断AD分型、破口方面具有较高的应用价值,且能显示夹层血栓及动脉壁钙化。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)aortic imaging in aortic dissection(AD).Methods 80 patients with AD were examined by MSCT aortic imaging and digital subtraction angiography(DSA).The results of DSA examination were used as the gold standard to analyze the value of MSCT aortic imaging in the diagnosis of AD.Results No significant difference was found in AD classification,AD rupture rate,aortic diameter of rupture plane between MSCT aortic imaging and DSA examination(P>0.05).MSCT aortic imaging showed 57 cases(71.25%)of dissection thrombosis and 9 cases(11.25%)of arterial wall calcification,while no thrombosis and calcification were detected by DSA examination.Conclusions MSCT aortic imaging has high application value in the accurate diagnosis of AD classification and rupture,and can show dissection thrombosis and arterial wall calcification.
