摘要
印制电路板(PCB)是服务器的重要组成部件,随着人工智能(AI)的高速发展,AI服务器使用PCB的市场需求量大幅提升,要求具有高速、大容量、高可靠性信号传输能力,其制作难度较大。选取一款用于AI服务器的24层高多层PCB,就其结构特点、设计方案、关键制作技术等做了详细介绍。
Artificial intelligence(AI)server circuit boards are a popular high-end product nowadays,which require high-speed,large-capacity,and high-reliability signal transmission capabilities,and their production is relatively difficult.This study selects a 24-layer high multilayer printed circuit board for AI servers,and introduces its structural characteristics,design schemes,and key manufacturing technologies in detail.
