According to the relevant data of the China Judgment Online,the people who relieved compulso⁃ry isolation for drug rehabilitation,in addition to committing drug crimes related to previous drug abuse,the second largest number of crimes is the crime of property infringement.Therefore,through statistical analysis of the case data and case contents of crimes of property infringement of people relieved compulso⁃ry isolation for drug rehabilitation,and summarizing the causes of the crimes and the difficulties of crime prevention,corresponding preventive measures can be put forward in a targeted manner,so as to effectively maintain the stability of community order and the safety of people’s lives and property,and effectively help such people truly return to society and feel the warmth of the community.
