摘要
采用缓冷法制备一种新型杂化铋溴钙钛矿水合物(TMPD)_(2)Bi_(2)Br_(10)·H_(2)O(TMPD=N,N,N’,N’-四甲基-1,4-苯二胺).该晶体尺寸可达5 mm×2 mm×0.2 mm.利用单晶和粉末X射线衍射、拉曼、紫外-可见-近红外光谱仪和稳态荧光表征了单晶的结构,成分和光学性质.研究发现,该钙钛矿水合物具有小至1.89 eV的带隙,表现出显著的半导体性质.此外,我们还制备基于(TMPD)_(2)Bi_(2)Br_(10)·H_(2)O单晶的光电探测器,该器件在高湿度下表现出较大的开/关电流比(≈118)和较快的速响应速度(τ_(rise)=0.24 s和τ_(decay)=1.54 s).本研究旨在为新型窄带隙钙钛矿水合物的设计提供指导,并为高稳定性钙钛矿光电探测器的构建提供优异材料.
A novel hybrid bismuth bromide perovskite hydrate(TMPD)_(2)Bi_(2)Br_(10)·H_(2)O(TMPD=N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine)single crystal was prepared by slow-cooling method.It exhibits a lateral size of 5 mm×2 mm×0.2 mm.The structure and optical properties are characterized by single crystal and powder X-ray diffractometer,Raman,UV-Vis-near infrared and steady-state fluorescence spectrometer.(TMPD)_(2)Bi_(2)Br_(10)·H_(2)O displays a narrow bandgap of 1.89 eV,showing significant semiconductor properties.In addition,(TMPD)_(2)Bi_(2)Br_(10)·H_(2)O single crystal photodetector exhibits high on/off current ratio(≈118)and fast response rate(τ_(rise)=0.78 s and τ_(decay)=1.69 s)under high relative humidity.We aim to shed guidance for the design of novel narrow bandgap perovskite hydrates,and offer unique material for the construction of perovskite photodetection devices.
