企业投融资管理存在的问题及路径探究

投融资是指企业在发展过程中进行的一项投资和筹资活动,这些活动有助于企业借助外部资源获得更大的经济效益,因此,企业在做好主业的同时,还应该善于运用投融资来发展壮大。近些年,由于经济下行以及外部资源供给不确定性的增加,投融资面临的风险和挑战越来越大。这就要求企业在谋求投融资收益的同时也要重视风险管理。文章从企业投融资管理中普遍存在的问题着手展开研究,提出企业应从科学制定明晰的投融资目标、优化调整投融结构、拓展多元化投融资渠道与提高投融资风险管理水平四个方面提高投融资管理工作水平。同时,还应从完善财务制度保障、建立良好的信用等级,降低投融资风险与提升企业营运管理水平四个方面构建相应的保障措施,从而有效保障企业投融资工作的顺利开展,最终提升企业整体经济效益,使企业价值最大化。

Investment and financing refers to an investment and financing activity in the process of enterprise development. These activities help enterprises to obtain greater economic benefits with the help of external resources. Therefore, enterprises should also be good at using investment and financing to grow and develop while doing their main business. In recent years, due to the impact of the economic downturry and the increasing uncertainty of external resource supply, the risks and challenges faced by investment and financing are increasing. This requires enterprises to pay attention to risk management while seeking investment and financing benefits. This paper studies the common problems in enterprise investment and financing management, and puts forward that enterprises should improve the level of investment and financing management from four aspects : scientifically formulating clear investment and financing objectives, optimizing and adjusting investment and financing structure, expanding diversified investment and financing channels and improving investment and financing risk management level. At the same time, they should also improve the financial system guarantee, establish a good credit rating, reduce the risk of investment and financing and improve the operation and management level of enterprises to construct corresponding safeguard measures, so as to effectively guarantee the smooth development of enterprise investment and financing work. Ultimately, it can improve the overall economic benefits of enterprises, so as to maximize the value of enterprises.
