摘要
作为教育体制改革创新的关键举措,职业教育数字化转型积极嵌入中国式现代化建设场域,担负着推动职业教育高质量发展、打造现代化建设人才队伍、加速终身学习型社会建设的重大使命。然而现阶段,职业教育数字化转型仍存在“知识本位”遮蔽“技能本位”“成功案例”固化“主体认同”“技术疏离”限制“技术应用”等现象,难以适应中国式现代化发展需求。对此,职业院校应以突出“技能本位”为取向,重塑数字教学结构;以增强“主体认同”为导向,建设特色数字专业;以强化“技术应用”为靶向,提高教师数字素养,探索中国式现代化视域下职业教育数字化转型进路。
As a key measure of education system reform and innovation,the digital transformation of vocational education is actively embedded in the field of Chinese-style modernization path,and undertakes the important mission of promoting high-quality development of vocational education,building the talent team for modernization construction and accelerating the construction of a lifelong learning society.However,at present stage,the digital transformation of vocational education still has the phenomenon of"put knowledge as standard"instead of"put sklls as standard","succesful cases"curing"subject identity","technology alienation"restricting"technology application",which is difficult to meet the needs of Chinese-style modernization development.Therefore,vocational colleges should focus on"skills-based"orientation to reshape the digital teaching structure,strengthen the""subject identity"as the guidance to construct digital specialty with characteristics,strengthen"technology application"as the target to improve teachers'digital literacy,so as to explore the way of vocational education digital transformation from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization.
