摘要
导管桨可比开式螺旋桨提供更大的推力。根据某水下清污机器人的结构特点,提出了一种带有标准导管19A及固定架的导管桨,将螺旋桨电机安装在固定架的电机舱内,固定架的存在将影响导管桨的水动力性能。为此,利用STAR-CCM+对含固定架的设计导管桨进行了水动力性能分析。数值模拟结果表明:增大固定架套筒的直径会降低导管桨的推力,通过改进电机舱端部形状,能在较高进速系数下有效提高其敞水性能。
Ducted propellers can provide more thrust than open propellers.According to the structural characteristics of the underwater cleaning robot,a ducted propeller with a standard duct 19 A and a fixed frame is proposed.The propeller motor is installed in the motor room of the fixed frame.The existence of the fixed frame will affect the hydrodynamic performance of the ducted propeller.For this purpose,the hydrodynamic analysis of the designed ducted propeller with fixed frame was carried out by using software STAR-CCM+.The numerical simulation results show that the thrust of the ducted propeller can be reduced by increasing the diameter of the fixed frame sleeve.By improving the shape of the end of its motor compartment,it can effectively improve the open water performance at higher advance ratio.
