摘要
随着金融科技的发展,互联网企业陆续进入传统金融领域,通过创新金融产品和提供优质服务广泛吸引零售客户,弱化商业银行的客户黏性并缩窄其零售业务盈利空间,这对商业银行无疑是巨大的挑战。本文以招商银行成都分行作为研究对象,结合金融科技背景分析其零售业务发展现状,发现存在应用场景缺乏、专业人才不足、客户流失率高、风险防控不力、产品同质化严重等问题,相应提出构建场景金融、创新激励机制、优化产品服务、科技赋能风控、打造竞争优势等策略。
With the development of financial technology,internet enterprises have sequentially entered the traditional financial sector,attracting retail customers through innovative financial products and providing high-quality services,weakening the customer stickiness of commercial banks and narrowing their profit margins in the retail business.It undoubtedly poses a huge challenge to commercial banks.The article takes the Chengdu branch of China Merchants Bank as the research object and analyzes the current status of its retail business development in the context of financial technology.It is found that there are problems such as lack of application scenarios,insufficient professional talents,high customer churn rate,weak risk control,and serious product homogeneity.Correspondingly,strategies such as building scenario-based finance,innovating incentive mechanisms,optimizing product services,empowering risk control with technology,and creating competitive advantages are proposed.
