摘要 围绕汽车发动机曲轴加工动平衡展开研究,对汽车发动机曲轴动平衡状态进行参数,结合汽车发动机曲轴几何中心孔工艺实际情况提出动平衡问题,在此基础上,根据几何中心孔工艺探究曲轴加工动平衡优化方式,明确乘用车发动机曲轴加工动平衡修正原理,提出Excel动平衡修正方法,可视化、图形化呈现可修正的动平衡工序,编写几何中心孔补偿量自动化计算公式,通过优化曲轴加工动平衡方法而完善曲轴生产线,推动汽车产业稳定发展。 Focusing on the dynamic balance of automobile engine crankshaft machining,the parameters of the dynamic balance state of automobile engine crankshaft are carried out,and the dynamic balance problem is proposed based on the actual situation of the geometric center hole process of automobile engine crankshaft.On this basis,the dynamic balance optimization method of crankshaft processing is explored according to the geometric center hole process,the principle of dynamic balance correction of passenger car engine crankshaft processing is clarified,and the Excel dynamic balance correction method is proposed to visualize and graphically present the dynamic balance process that can be corrected.The automatic calculation formula of the compensation amount of the geometric center hole was written,and the crankshaft production line was improved by optimizing the dynamic balance method of crankshaft machining,to promote the stable development of the automobile industry.
