摘要
【目的】针对目前市场上普通无人机在侦查或救援方面存在的不足,设计出一种低成本的、能垂直起降和远距离续航的倾转旋翼飞行器。【方法】通过CATIA软件设计出倾转旋翼无人机的三维模型,对无人机运动进行仿真研究。通过SOLIDWORKS对倾转旋翼机的结构受力、结构稳定性、流体力学进行分析,并优化设计原型。在Simulink中构建基于模型的设计方案,在仿真环境中分别建立直升机模式、固定翼模式及过渡飞行模式的仿真模型。【结果】根据仿真模型制作出倾转旋翼飞行器实物。实物飞行结果表明,该倾转旋翼飞行器设计合理,具备垂直起降和远距离续航能力。【结论】通过多旋翼与固定翼飞行器的有机结合,将二者的优异性能结合在一起,在侦查或救援领域具有实用价值。
[Purposes]Aiming at the shortcomings of ordinary UAVs in the investigation or rescue on the market,a low-cost tilt-rotor aircraft capable of vertical take-off and landing with long-distance endurance is designed.[Methods]The three-dimensional model of the tilt-rotor UAV was designed by CATIA software,and the motion of the UAV was simulated.The structural force,structural stability and fluid mechanics of the tiltrotor aircraft are analyzed by SOLIDWORKS,and the design prototype is optimized.The model-based design scheme is constructed in Simulink,and the simulation models of helicopter mode,fixed wing mode and transition flight mode are established in the simulation environment.[Findings]According to the simulation model,the tilt-rotor aircraft was produced.The physical flight results show that the tilt-rotor aircraft is designed reasonably and has the ability of vertical take-off and landing and long-distance endurance.[Conclusions]Through the organic combination of multi-rotor and fixedwing aircraft,the excellent performance of the two is combined,which has practical value in the field of investigation or rescue.
