横跨高速公路零沉降顶管施工技术研究

摘要 近年来,随着我国城市化进程的进一步加快,市政工程的发展速度持续快速增长,而在进行市政给水工程与电力通信综合管廊工程施工时,使用横跨高速公路零沉降顶管施工技术能够带来直接的经济效益。结合某市政项目给水工程、电力通信综合管廊工程施工横跨高速公路的工程实践,对比了几种目前施工中常见的顶管施工方法在复杂环境下的可行性,具体介绍了该市政工程横跨高速公路零沉降顶管施工在该项目中具有的优势与技术标准、施工流程,切实解决了横跨高速公路给水工程施工与电力通信综合管廊工程施工对高速公路产生的沉降问题,有效加快了施工进度,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。阐述了对横跨高速公路零沉降顶管施工技术进行的研究过程。 In recent years,with the further acceleration of the urbanization process of China,the development speed of municipal engineering continues to grow rapidly.The use of zero-settlement pipe jacking construction technology of the crossing highways in the construction of municipal water supply engineering and power communication comprehensive pipe gallery engineering can bring direct economic benefits.Based on the engineering practice of a certain municipal project's water supply engineering and power communication comprehensive pipe gallery construction of the crossing highways,this paper compares the feasibility of several common pipe jacking construction methods in complex environmental conditions,and specifically introduces the advantages,technical standards,and construction process of zero-settlement pipe jacking construction of the crossing highways,solving the problem of settlement caused by the construction of water supply engineering and power communication comprehensive pipe gallery engineering of the crossing highways,effectively accelerating the construction progress,and achieving good social and economic benefits.This describes the research process on zero-settlement pipe jacking construction technology of the crossing highways.
