基于慢行优先理念的城市街道空间优化设计研究——以上海市普陀桃浦片区为例

A Study on the Optimization Design of Urban Street Space Based on the Concept of Slow Moving Priority:A Case Study of Taopu District in Putuo,Shanghai

随着城市规模的不断发展,机动化出行逐渐成为居民交通出行的主导,由此引发的人、车、路交通矛盾也日益加剧,因此,慢行优先的城市交通规划理念逐渐受到重视。慢行交通不仅仅是城市交通的重要组成部分,发展城市慢行交通还能够有效改善交通拥堵问题、城市环境问题以及街道品质问题,切实提高城市品质和形象。该文以上海市普陀区桃浦片区为例,深入剖析片区街道空间存在的典型问题,并结合片区特点,基于慢行优先的理念,梳理归纳并提出针对性的优化策略,支撑片区高质量发展。

With the continuous development of urbanization,motorized travel has gradually become the dominant mode of transportation for residents,leading to an exacerbation of the conflicts among pedestrians,vehicles,and road infrastructure.Consequently,the concept of prioritizing slow modes of transportation in urban planning has gained attention.Slow modes of transportation are not only integral to urban mobility but also offer effective solutions to alleviate traffic congestion,address environmental issues,and enhance street quality,thus improving the overall urban environment and image.Taking the Taopu area in Putuo District,Shanghai as an example,the research provides an in-depth analysis of typical problems in the area's street space.Drawing on the characteristics of the area and the concept of prioritizing slow modes of transportation,it systematically summarizes and proposes targeted optimization strategies to support the high-quality development of the area.
