摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和植酸(PA)为原料,合成了聚乙烯醇植酸酯(PPVA),采用戊二醛(GA)将PPVA接枝到棉织物上。利用热重分析、极限氧指数、垂直燃烧等试验对整理织物的阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用戊二醛10%,PPVA 400 g/L,40℃保温处理40 min,90℃预烘3 min,160℃焙烘3 min,整理后棉织物的阻燃性能明显提升,放热情况显著降低,750℃时残炭率从6.25%提高至45.30%,极限氧指数从17.5%最大可提高至60.1%,且无续燃和阴燃现象。
Polyvinyl alcohol phytate(PPVA)is synthesized using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and phytic acid(PA)as raw materials,and is applied to cotton fabric using glutaraldehyde(GA).The flame retardancy of finished fabrics is studied by thermogravimetric analysis,limiting oxygen index and vertical combustion.The results show that using glutaraldehyde 10%,PPVA 400 g/L,treatment at 40℃for 40 min,pre-curing at 90℃for 3 min,and baking at 160℃for 3 min,the flame retardancy of the treated cotton fabric is significantly improved,and the heat release is significantly reduced.The residue carbon rate of the fabric after combustion at 750℃in⁃creases from 6.25%to 45.30%,and the limiting oxygen index increases from 17.5%to 60.1%.The finished cot⁃ton fabric does not exhibit any afterflame or smoldering phenomena.
