摘要
风积沙具有粒径小,无粘性,保水性差的特点,严重困扰着风积沙路基的施工质量。依托三莎高速公路项目SS-3标段,研究新疆地区风积沙路基的碾压方案、填筑时间和施工区段长度。结果表明:采用湿压法非常适合填筑风积沙路基,可以获得良好的压实效果。虚铺厚度对风积沙含水率的影响较小,虚铺厚度越大,压实度越大。高温作业直接影响下层填筑施工质量,应尽量避免。风积沙的作业面长度宜按照200~300m设置。
The aeolian sand has the characteristic of small particle size,inviscid,and poor water retention,which impeds the construction technology of the aeolian sand subgrade.Based on the prjoect of SS-3 section of Sansha high expressway,the roller-compacted scheme,filling time,and length of construction section of the aeolian sand subgrade in Xinjiang region was studied.It was found that wet pressing method is appropriate to fill the aeolian sand subgrade,and good compaction effect was obtained.The effect of virtual paving thickness on moisture content of the aeolian sand subgrade is small.The larger the thickness,the bigger the degree of compaction.Hightemperature construction of the subgrade can directly affect the operation quality,and should be avoided when possible.The length of working face of the aeolian sand subgrade should be set to 200~300 m.
