智慧火情预警平台构建与应用研究——以广东省河源市为例

Study on Construction and Use of Intelligent Fire Early Warning Platform——Taking Heyuan City,Guangdong Province as an Example

长期以来,我国森林防火措施多以人防为主,受气候、地理、人员素质等多种因素限制,并不能满足现阶段森林防火要求,按照国家“十四五”规划,要不断充分利用信息化手段,加强预警监测、森林防火通信和信息指挥能力建设,大幅提升森林防火信息感知、信息传输、信息处理和信息应用四种能力,构建森林防火信息化体系,有助于早日实现森林防火工作的规范化、科学化、信息化,在广东省河源市推广应用林火远程视频监控系统的基础上,浅析智慧火情预警平台的构建与使用。

For a long time,China's forest fire prevention means mainly civil air defense,limited by climate,geography,personnel quality and other factors,and can not meet the current requirements of forest fire prevention,in accordance with the national"14th Five-Year Plan",we must constantly make full use of information means,strengthen early warning monitoring,forest fire communication and information command capacity building.Greatly improve the four capabilities of forest fire information perception,information transmission,information processing and information application,and build a forest fire information system,which will help to realize the standardization,scientific and information of forest fire prevention work at an early date.Based on the promotion and application of forest fire remote video surveillance system in Heyuan City,Guangdong Province,in this paper,the construction and use of the intelligent fire warning platform were analyzed.
