互联网技术的发展催生了互联网与金融的有机结合。作为一种新型金融业务模式,互联网金融的出现是对传统商业银行经营模式的创新和挑战。运用冲突分析图模型理论研究银行信用卡与互联网金融的代表产品“花呗”之间的冲突。将国家政策细化区分为市场自由发展和加强监管两种导向,分析不同导向下决策者偏好的改变,建立冲突模型模拟冲突主体的策略选择过程。通过稳定性分析对主体利益均衡求解可知,在市场自由发展政策导向下银行希望与“花呗”共建小贷信用体系,“花呗”希望扩大市场;在监管加强政策导向下银行信用卡固守中高端客户,“花呗”向银行寻求合作。为解决金融业务模式冲突,助力数字经济发展,建议通过加快数字化转型,打造差异化产品,推动双方合作,增强行业监管等方面促进商业银行及互联网消费贷款业务的良性发展。

Internet technology advancements have given rise to the natural fusion of finance and the Internet.Internet finance is a brand-new financial business model that challenges the established commercial bank business model.The conflict between bank credit card and Huabei,an exemplar of an Internet financial product,is investigated in this paper using the theory of graph model for conflict resolution.The market’s free development and tightening of regulation are the two directions that national policies are separated.To replicate the process of choosing a strategy for conflict subjects,a conflict model is constructed and the change in decision makers’preferences under various orientations is investigated.Through stability analysis,it can be shown that banks want to work with Huabei to establish a small loan credit system,and Huabei wants to grow the market,both in accordance with the principles of free market development policy.Bank credit cards continue to be reserved for high-end consumers as a result of tighter regulation,and Huabei is looking for bank cooperation.Accelerating the digital transformation,creating distinctive goods,facilitating bilateral cooperation,and strengthening industry oversight are suggested as ways to resolve the conflict between financial business models and increase the development of the digital economy.These actions will support the wholesome growth of commercial banks and Internet consumer loan businesses.
