Inheritance and Innovation of Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition on Talent Training

培养什么人才、怎样培养人才、为谁培养人才这三个人才培养的根本问题构成了习近平关于人才培养重要论述的清晰主线。这一主线分别从人才培养的目标、实践路径和性质三个方面对马克思主义人才培养理论进行了创新发展。在“培养什么人才”方面从德智体美劳全面发展等方面进行了新的阐发;在“怎样培养人才”方面从坚持党对人才工作的全面领导等途径进行了新的论述;在“为谁培养人才”方面提出了“为党育人、为国育才”的重大战略目标。

Three fundamental problems,that is,what talents should be trained,how talents should be trained and who talents should be trained for,constitute the clear main line of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on talent training.This main line has carried on the innovative development of Marxist talent training theory from three aspects:the goal,the practice path and the nature of talent training.In the aspect of what talents should be trained,it gives a new interpretation on the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.In the aspect of how talents should be trained,it makes a new discussion from the way of upholding CPC’s overall leadership of talent work.In the aspect of who talents should be trained for,the major strategic goal of“educating talents for the Party and the country”is put forward.
