分体式过滤滤芯及内件系统的研究和应用

摘要 针对现有天然气长输管道过滤分离器内件系统拆卸安装复杂、危废处理难度大、密封失效等问题,采用纳米纤维静电纺丝技术制作滤材、颗粒过滤性能测试系统对滤材与滤芯评价、全自动管式滤芯设备制造,建立一套分体式过滤器内件系统。结果表明:分体式内件系统在0.65MPa压力下无变形,单支滤芯重量降低55%,滤芯密封失效风险降低67%,作业效率提高60%以上,且滤芯可以完全燃烧。滤材表面改性后过滤效率有提升,且孔径越小提升效果越显著;孔径梯度递减的疏油疏水滤芯在保持较低压降的同时具有较高的品质因子,提高对亚微米颗粒的分离效率。此研究成果在中俄东线安平压气分输站应用,填补了国内空白。
