X65管线钢中氧氮硫含量变化规律探究

摘要 为控制X65管线钢中O、N、S等有害元素的含量及改善钢的综合性能,进行了X65钢冶炼连铸生产过程中钢液的T.O、N、S含量变化规律研究。通过工业化试验,对连续生产的6炉X65钢前三炉精炼及浇铸过程中钢包、中间包、结晶器中的钢液及铸坯分别取样进行检测和分析。结果显示:三炉X65钢在喂线结束、静搅及浇铸过程中均存在一定程度的T.O和N含量增加,转炉防止回硫效果明显,但LF精炼深脱硫程度较低;VD真空过程脱硫效果不明显,且钢水在中间包时S含量均有明显增加。根据试验结果分析得出的X65精炼及浇铸过程钢中的T.O、N、S含量的优化措施,可有效降低钢中T.O、N、S含量。 In order to control the content of harmful elements such as O,N,S in X65 pipeline steel and improve the comprehensive properties of steel,research is carried out on the change rule of the content of T.O,N,S in liquid steel during X65 smelting and continuous casting production.Through the industrial experiment,the molten steel and billet in the ladle,tundish and mold during the refining and casting process of the first three X65 furnaces out of six in continuous production were tested and analyzed respectively.The results show that the three furnaces X65 in this experiment have a certain degree of increase in the content of T.O and N during the end of wire feeding,static stirring and casting process.The effect of converter to prevent sulfur recovery is obvious,but the deep desulfurization degree of LF refining is low.In addition,the desulfurization effect of VD vacuum process is not obvious,and the sulfur content of molten steel is significantly increased when it is in the tundish.According to the experimental results,the reasons for the change of T.O,N,S content in steel during X65 refining and casting and the optimization measures are analyzed,which can effectively reduce the T.O,N,S content in steel.
