生物技术专业特色实验材料的筛选与应用

摘要 生物种质资源不仅是生物学相关专业教学、科研成功的决定性材料,也是衡量综合国力的指标之一,更是一个国家重要的战略资源,关系到国家主权和安全。从生物技术本科专业的人才培养目标入手,融合课程思政元素,阐述了生物技术专业人才培养过程中实验材料选择的重要性和选择原则。以塔里木大学所处地域及地域生物资源为特色,列举了一系列用于本科生教育教学的、具有独特功能的荒漠生物资源,在完成实验课程教学的同时培养学生保护环境、关心生态恢复、关注荒漠化治理的家国情怀,同时科普了种质资源普查的重要意义。 Biological germplasm resources are not only the decisive material for the success of teaching and scientific research in biology-related majors,but also an important strategic resource of a country,and one of the indicators to measure comprehensive national strength,which is related to national sovereignty and security.Starting from the goal of talent training of the biotechnology undergraduate major,this paper integrates the ideological and political elements of the course,expounds the importance and selection principles of experimental material selection in the process of training biotechnology professionals,and features the region and regional biological resources of Tarim University,lists a series of desert biological resources with unique functions for undergraduate education and teaching,and cultivates students’feelings of home and country for environmental protection,ecological restoration,and desertification control while completing the teaching of experimental courses.At the same time,the importance of germplasm resources census was popularized.
