城市社区养老共享空间设计探究

Study on the Design of Urban Community Pension Shared Space

目前,国内人口老龄化问题日益凸显,传统居家养老模式难以承担社会养老功能。针对这一现状,文章运用文献总结、案例分析等研究方法,探索养老方式,同时借鉴先进的适老化社区案例,例如美国的“太阳城中心”、日本的养老建筑体系,以及国内重庆龙湖的颐年公寓、北京乐成恭和家园,再结合老年人的心理需求空间及生理需求空间进行设计引导,针对社区养老进行预设共享空间设计探究,让老年人可以在这里学习、娱乐、医护、购物,提供更多样化的空间引导,构建一个老有所依并拥有多元文化交流途径的灵活共享生活空间。

At present,the problem of aging population is increasingly prominent in China,however,it is difficult for the traditional home-based pension model to assume the function of social pension.In view of this,the research methods of literature review and case analysis are utilized in the paper to explore the pension care model suitable for the national conditions in China.Meanwhile,it draws lessons from the development of pension care communities in developed countries,such as Sun City Center in the United States,Japan’s pension care building system,Yinian Apartment in Chongqing and Lecheng Gonghe Home in Beijing.Through combining the psychological and physical needs of the elderly for the space,it guides the design and explores the design of the preset shared space suitable for community pension care,so that the elderly can study,entertain,medicine and shop here.It provides diversified spatial guidance to build a flexisble shared living space for the elderly to live and conduct diversified cultural communication.
