摘要
有氧舞蹈是集健美操、舞蹈、音乐于一体的健身性健美操,要求在创编过程中既要具有健美操动作的动感活力等特点,又要结合音乐体现出舞蹈艺术的特殊魅力。该文对吉林省第十七届大学生运动会有氧舞蹈项目准备期间与比赛过程中10支参赛队伍的运动员进行数据采集,采用尺桡动脉触诊法,抽样采集了运动员的10 s安静心率与运动即刻心率,每支参赛队伍男性运动员与女性运动员各3名。并在比赛结束后,由受试者填写主观感觉运动负荷评价表RPE并进行分析,对比各参赛队伍的运动强度,分析各参赛高校训练的负荷情况。通过对各队运动心率的分析,发现10支参赛队伍的运动强度均已达到了运动状态下最佳的强度阈值,但各参赛队伍运动员之间两项心率数据与RPE评估表统计的差异性较大,甲组体育院校的身体机能普遍高于乙组普通院校。
The aerobic dance is a fitness aerobics that integrates aerobics,dance and music,and it requires both the characteristics such as the dynamic vitality of aerobic action and the special charm of dance in combination with music in the process of creation.This paper collected the data of athletes from 10 teams during the preparation and in the game process of aerobic dance events at the 17th Jilin University Games.It used the ulnar radial artery palpation method to sample the 10s resting heart rate and the immediate exercise heart rate of athletes,with 3 male athletes and 3 female athletes from each team.After the competition,subjects were required to fill out the rating of perceived exertion(PRE),this paper analyzed it,compared the exercise intensity of each participating team and analyzed the load of training in each participating university.By analyzing the exercise heart rate of each team,it was concluded that the exercise intensity of the 10 participating teams had reached the optimal intensity threshold in the exercise state,but there were significant differences between the two of heart rate data and the statistics of the RPE evaluation form of athletes from each participating team,and that the physical function of sports colleges in Group A was generally higher than that of ordinary colleges in Group B.
