使用减压握具的非药物性护理干预在日间局麻手术患者中的应用

Application of non drug nursing intervention by intraoperative decompression grip in the patients with daytime local anesthesia surgery

目的 探讨术中使用减压握具干预对日间局麻手术患者心理状态的影响。方法 将2022年6—7月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院100例于日间手术室局麻下行皮肤局部肿物切除术患者随机分成干预组和对照组各50例。术前巡回护士常规为两组患者进行术前宣教。干预组患者手术全程使用减压握具。为两组患者入手术室即刻及术前填写汉密尔顿焦虑量表,测量心率和血压,术后填写满意度调查问卷。干预组患者另行填写减压握具调查表。结果 干预组患者躯体焦虑症状明显减轻,血压、心率有所下降,满意度显著提高,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 术中使用减压握具能明显减轻日间局麻手术患者的术中焦虑,使患者具有良好的心理状态,同时提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative decompression grip intervention on the psychological state of patients undergoing daytime local anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing daytime excision of local skin tumor by local anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group,with 50 patients in each.Preoperative education was given to both groups by the itinerant nurses routinely.The patients in the intervention group use the decompression grip throughout the operation.Hamilton Anxiety Scaleevaluations were done in both groups at into the operation room immediately and before the beginning of operation.Heart rate and blood pressure were measured at the same time points.Satisfaction questionnaire of operation was done in both groups.Another satisfaction questionnaire about decompression grip was done in the intervention group.Results By using the decompression grip,the body anxiety of the patients in the intervention group was significantly reduced.Both of blood pressure and heart rate decreased;satisfaction about operation was improved.Significant differences were found between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention with decompression grip during operation can significantly reduce the intraoperative anxiety of patients undergoing daytime and outpatient local anesthesia surgery,so that the psychological state and satisfaction of operation were improved.
